• 1 cup (240 ml) distilled water.

• Gather a glass jar and, if using as a spray, a misting bottle.
• Fill the jar with distilled water.
• Add 12 drops of rose essential oil, diluted in a bit of vodka, to prevent the oil from floating.
• Shake the jar well to mix.
